Job Overview

We are hiring Service Desk – Technical Support professionals to provide technical assistance and customer support. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues.
• Provide basic support for Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN.
• Maintain accurate incident records and update ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates currently pursuing their education are not eligible.

Salary Package

₹3.0–₹5.5 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Work Schedule

• 24×7 rotational shifts.
• Night shifts may be required.
• Weekly offs and shift schedules as per company policy.
