Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop and execute test plans for new features, enhancements, or bug fixes in the ITSM module.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITIL processes within an organization.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) concepts and implementation.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM module.
