The Role

You'll own the service department at Carlock Toyota of Columbus, and you'll be stepping into a completely remodeled 70,000-square-foot facility with 34+ working bays. We've made the investment in the building; now we're investing in the leader who'll fill it. Fixed ops is the backbone of this store, and we want someone who treats it that way: a leader who drives absorption, builds a team techs actually want to work for, and turns first-time customers into lifelong Toyota owners.

What You'll Do

• Run the department like it's your own business: P&L, gross, labor rates, effective labor rate, hours per RO
• Recruit, develop, and keep top technicians and advisors in a market where talent is everything
• Own the customer experience from the drive to the cashier, and protect CSI like your paycheck depends on it (it does)
• Partner with sales and parts to grow retention, maximize warranty and customer-pay, and keep all 34+ bays full
• Build processes that scale, because this group grows, and we promote from within

What You Bring

• Proven fixed ops leadership with numbers to back it up
• Toyota experience strongly preferred

• Command of DMS reporting and the discipline to manage by the numbers
