Service Dispatch Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating service calls and assigning projects to our technicians. Responsibilities:

• Utilize HVAC software to schedule service calls for the technicians
• Analyze customer orders and determine the most efficient routing and scheduling
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette while assisting customers with inquiries or concerns
• Enter data accurately into various systems to maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on the information provided
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
• Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in data entry with accuracy and speed

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
