We're looking for an organized, energetic Service Dispatcher to become the communication hub of our service department. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving scheduling challenges, helping customers, and keeping a busy team running efficiently.

No HVAC experience is required! Experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation, scheduling, or coordinating field personnel is preferred.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch
• Minimal overtime

What You'll Do

As our Service Dispatcher, you'll help keep our technicians productive while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians throughout the day
• Optimize technician routes to minimize drive time
• Monitor technician schedules and workload
• Schedule return visits and parts-on-order appointments
• Communicate appointment times and service updates with customers
• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Prepare and follow up on service estimates
• Maintain accurate customer records and service history
• Coordinate residential and commercial maintenance scheduling
• Assist with maintenance agreement billing and renewals
• Update dispatch schedules in real time as priorities change
• Work closely with the Office Manager and Service Manager to maximize efficiency
• Help ensure technicians stay productive while delivering excellent customer service

HVAC experience is not required-we'll teach you the industry.
