Service Dispatcher/Customer Service

A-J Sheet Metal, Inc. – North Platte, NE Full-Time | Monday–FridayA-J Sheet Metal is looking for an organized, dependable HVAC Service Dispatcher / Customer Service to join our Office Staff.Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians.
• Prioritize emergency and scheduled service calls.
• Communicate schedule changes with customers, technicians and other staff.
• Track open work orders, parts, and return visits.
• Enter accounts payable & receivable in accounting software.
• General office tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service and telephone skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer and data-entry skills.
• Dispatching or service-office experience preferred.
• HVAC experience is helpful but not required.
• Sage 100 Contractor or other accounting software experience is a plus.
