About the role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Service Driver to join our team at United Architects of the Philippines in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays an essential role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to members and stakeholders. As Service Driver, you will be responsible for safe and efficient vehicle operation, maintenance coordination, and providing transportation support that reflects our commitment to professionalism and excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly in compliance with traffic laws and organisational policies
• Transport staff, members, and materials to designated locations as required
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damage promptly
• Coordinate with maintenance providers to ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of assigned vehicles
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding travel arrangements and schedules
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver or in a similar transportation role
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws in the Philippines
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Professional demeanour and courteous communication
• Ability to maintain vehicles in good condition and report maintenance issues
• Reliability and commitment to punctuality
• Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn vehicle maintenance procedures
