Service Electrician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to join our team. As a Service Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician looking to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform electrical installations for new construction projects
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice electricians

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
• Proficiency in low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Experience working on commercial projects is preferred
• Customer Service/Communication skills
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively

Requirements:

• Nebraska state journeyman’s license

• City of omaha journeyman‘s license
