Service Engineer [Automation Engineer]

About the Role

Responsible for automation engineering, troubleshooting and maintenance of customer control systems. The role focuses on project-based automation work under the Service Team, including PLC, HMI, SCADA and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC, HMI and SCADA programs.
• Perform automation system integration, modification and improvement according to project requirements.
• Support FAT, SAT, Commissioning and Start-up activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control system issues both on-site and remotely.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and technical service according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal engineering teams to complete project and service work.
• Prepare technical and service documentation, including Service Reports and project records.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with PLC, HMI and SCADA programming.
• Experience in automation system troubleshooting and commissioning.
• Experience with industrial communication, IoT or related systems is a plus.
• Able to work on-site and travel to customer locations when required.
