Service Engineer (CCTV & Security Access)

Job Scope

Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and security access systems.

Respond to service calls and efficiently resolve technical issues.

Upgrade and install new CCTV and security access equipment as needed.

Offer technical guidance to clients on optimal use of security systems.

Maintain detailed records of service activities and system performance.

Collaborate with the technical team to identify opportunities for system enhancements.

Requirements

Strong technical expertise in CCTV and access control hardware and software, including installation and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly address system faults.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
