Job Title: Service Engineer

Experience: 5 to 6 Years in the Compressors Industry, (At least 2-year experience in Centrifugal compressor), Should have worked on centrifugal compressor for 2-3 years

Work Location: North - India & West - India

Qualification:

• Preferably Bachelor in Engineering. (Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation) Diploma with 5-year experience in rotating equipment

CTC: Negotiable

No of Positions: 02 (East & West)

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation & commissioning of centrifugal compressor
• Servicing/ Maintenance of centrifugal compressor Resolve customer complaints at their site
• Maintain daily report and detailed service reports, maintenance records, and customer documentation.
• Ensure commissioning must be proper as per instruction manual or given guideline
• Documentation of above activities in prescribed format.
• Provide technical support and recommend maintenance schedules to customers.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns
• Maintain compressor history card (maintenance done in compressor keep track of spare availability)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures during all service activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical support teams regarding customer requirements and spare parts.
• Assist in training customers on the proper operation and routine maintenance of compressor systems.

Requirements:

• Should have worked on centrifugal compressor for 2-3 years
• Willingness to travel Good communication skills and customer management
