Service Engineer Cikarang

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates reliably.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers for equipment-related issues.
• Conduct site visits and respond to service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and principals regarding technical matters.
• Provide training and technical guidance to customers when required.
• Travel to customer locations as required for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all service activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and documentation.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Candidates must be confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and international principals in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and work outside the office when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Having a valid driving license is an advantage
