SERVICE ENGINEER

Cool World Airconditioning and Construction Inc., an Air-conditioning Expert Company, is looking to hire for the position of SERVICE ENGINEER.

Requirements:

• Licensed mechanical engineer, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

• Preferably with at least one (1) year experience but not required;

• Degree in an industry-specific role is advantageous;

• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City;

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);

• The ability to work in different environmental conditions;

• Strong leadership and communication skills;

• Excellent customer service skills;

• Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing;

• Ability to drive 2-wheeled and/or 4-wheeled vehicle is an advantage.

Roles:

• Do ocular inspections and submit proposals/quotations to clients;

• Project budgeting/costings, drawings and analysis;

• Attend meetings with clients and make recommendations;

• Implementation of project, monitors progress and its completion;

• Attends and proposed quotations for government and private biddings;

• Liaise with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the project

design is accurate before work commences;

• Order and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project;

• Act as the main point of communication between the main field and the office;

• Manage the work schedules of all field staff;

• Provide leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties;

• Investigate and resolving customer complaints;

• Ensure that safety policies are strictly adhered to;

• Review project progress to ensure that deadlines are met;

• Proven experience supervising field operations.
