Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test Interroll products and conveyor systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct inspections and prepare service reports after each customer visit.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of Interroll products.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Recommend improvements or replacement parts to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain service tools, equipment, and company assets in good condition.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and customer safety requirements.
• Submit service reports, expense claims, and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement activities and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, automation, or conveyor systems.
• Experience in material handling, conveyor systems, automation, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently throughout Thailand and occasionally overseas.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
• Experience in project installation and commissioning.
