Roles And Responsibilities

• Execute service tasks on time with quality, adhering to safety protocols.
• Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage service sites independently, coordinating with team members and clients.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on switchgears (below 1KV).
• Manage and report on small-scale and low voltage distribution projects.
• Maintain documentation of work performed and ensure proper filing.
• Continuously improve technical skills through training and process improvements.
