Roles and Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and repair complex medical devices and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of medical instruments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
• Develop and implement effective service strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of medical devices.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in device performance.
