Thai-Japan Gas Network Co., Ltd. (TJN) is an energy company specializing in the distribution and supply of natural gas (CNG & LNG) to industrial customers across Thailand. We are expanding our engineering capabilities to support business growth and strengthen technical solutions for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on engineering professional to join our team as an Assistant Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Operations & Technical Support

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Visit customer sites regularly to support daily operations and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors performing maintenance and construction work.
• Ensure work quality, safety, and project schedules meet company standards.
• Liaise effectively between customers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare technical reports, work records, and related documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, EPC, Industrial Services, or related fields.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience coordinating or supervising contractors.
• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• English communication skills for daily business conversations.
• Stable employment history (preferably at least 3 years with one employer).
