Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to join our team, specialising in providing integrated solutions for reliability testing, inspection and measurement in the electronics and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of a range of testing and measurement equipment, with a strong focus on ensuring the reliability and accuracy of systems used in testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Environmental Simulation System, Vibration Test System and X-Ray Inspection System.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofitting and software upgrading on reliability testing and inspection equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in complex systems, addressing electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and software issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Conduct on-site equipment testing and ensure that systems are fully functional according to customer specifications.
• Ensure minimal downtime by delivering fast and efficient solutions to any issues that arise with client systems.
• Maintain and upkeep tools, test equipment and facilities.
• Create detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and installation documents for each service request.
• Work closely with the Sales Department to address customer needs and be involved in project planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
• Must be a Thailand citizen.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and proactively while contributing to a team-focused, positive work environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own a car.
• Willing to travel overseas for occasional work-related trips or training on short notice.
