The Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and providing technical support at customer sites.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to work on different engineering projects, equipment, and technologies while developing your technical and customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Attend to customer service and breakdown requests.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
• Provide customers with basic equipment operation and safety guidance.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and sales teams.
• Support equipment testing, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in service engineering, maintenance, or technical support.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLC, automation, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in engineering are welcome to apply.
