Service Engineer

• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,200 + Allowance + Bonus
• Location: North Region (Islandwide travel required)
• Industrial Cooling Solutions Industry
• Working hours: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat), Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and RFQs promptly and professionally.
• Operate and understand cooling water-related equipment.
• Attend project, clarification and troubleshooting meetings.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Provide onsite troubleshooting and technical support.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with a strong service focus.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Computer literate with AutoCAD 2D skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems is an advantage.
• Experience in project design and updating technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
