Service Engineer

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
• Atleast 1 year to 2 years Experience as Service Engineer
• Good Communication Skills, Highly Organized,Detail-Oriented and Team Player
• Can Supervise while promoting teamwork & discipline
• Willing to work in both field and office
• Can work from Mondays to Saturdays (Sometimes Sundays & Holidays as may be required)

Ø Responds to customer complaints

Ø Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer

Ø Assists in installing equipment

Ø Analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands

Ø Works alongside the sales team

Ø Offers customer training for the product

Ø Repairs, tests and maintains equipment as well as monitors performance of the product

Ø Maintains product manuals

Ø Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests

Ø Develops and maintains relations with customers

Ø Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference

Ø Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians

Ø Offers feedback on product development, features and functions

Ø Lead person in improving and maintaining customer satisfaction

Ø Performs other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
