Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in two-wheelers.
• Carry out and supervise vehicle inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all repair and service work is completed according to manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Guide technicians in identifying and resolving complex technical problems.
• Prepare accurate job cards, service reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager for smooth job flow.
• Explain technical issues and repair requirements clearly to customers when required.
• Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs.
• Identify repeat complaints and take corrective action to improve service quality.
• Follow all safety procedures, workshop standards, and company policies.
• Maintain proper usage and care of workshop tools and equipment.
• Support warranty-related inspection, documentation, and claim procedures.
• Keep updated with new models, technologies, technical updates, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler service or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet service timelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
