Service Engineer

Position :- Service Engineer

Job Profile: -

• Coordinate with customers and service teams for installation, servicing, maintenance, and technical support.
• Handle customer service requests, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, production, and other internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, quotations, job sheets, and service documentation.
• Schedule service visits and follow up on pending service requirements.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status , technical issues, and timelines.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely service support.

Desired Candidate: -

• Mechanical Diploma / Degree with 2+ Years of experience in industrial pumps, agitators, mixers, and chemical dosing/injection systems
• Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of mechanical equipment, installation, servicing, maintenance, and technical support.
