Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide after-sales service support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to industrial equipment and machinery.
• Conduct field service calls to diagnose and repair complex technical problems at customer sites.
• Manage customer complaints, escalating critical issues as necessary, while maintaining effective communication with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring problems and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in after sales service or a similar role in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
• Proven track record of providing excellent post-sales support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
