What they need
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service support, provide sales team support, and coordinate with foreign supplier for the assigned products
- Manage routine service job in workshop and on-site job, on-site installation, repair, maintenance and equipment test run tasks
- Manage man-power, arranging sub-contractors, vehicles, tools and other inspection for S/D and T/A job
- Field investigates, diagnose errors or technical problems to determine proper solutions and to make report to customer based on reliability
- Attend the meeting with the customers on technicals issues together with foreign supplier depend on assigned service job
- Good on document processing and computer skills, preparing reports in English
- Perform other tasks as assigned
About you
- Knowledge on repair and servicing Canned Pump, Metering Pump, Sundyne pump is preferred
- Knowledge on Mechanical drawing reading and writing, Mechanical Precision measuring tools
- Able to work in a team of flexible, Multi-skilled people and cooperate with other Department for the good result
