Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and configure equipment/products at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and warranty claims.
Conduct equipment inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
