What they need
- Install and commission machinery at customer facilities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and software issues.
- Provide technical support and customer training.
- Document service activities and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechatronics / Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience in a service engineering role for CNC machines
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

- Machine uptime, first-time fix rate, response time, customer satisfaction, safety performance.
