Service Engineer

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in repairing electronic devices, preferably car audio systems.
3. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostic tools.
4. Ability to read circuit diagrams and perform soldering/rework.
5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Customer-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
7. Be able to use electronics repairing tools.
8. Ability to prioritize service requests and produce clear and concise documentation.
9. Fair proficiency in English communication.
10. Good interpersonal skill and service-minded attitude
11. Positive attitude toward resolving problems.
12. Willingness to travel and work at customer sites or up-country locations as required.
13. Have a personal car and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, calibrating, and testing car audio equipment.

This includes designing, procuring, and maintaining PDI testing jigs, as well as conducting post-PDI testing.

1. Providing technical support and service advice to customers and dealers, conducting pre-claim inspections at dealer or factory locations, and delivering on-site training.
2. Managing car audio claims by performing technical tests and analyzing defects. This involves preparing Investigation, Countermeasure, and Quality improvement reports.
3. Creating Work Instructions (WI), maintaining accurate service records for company compliance, managing replacement unit and coordinating outsourced repairs with external vendors.
4. Collaborating with the service team to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
