Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or Engineering course
• IT experience or fresh graduates

Core Skills:

• Basic knowledge in Computer Hardware and Software set up

• Has Technical Writing experience

• Knowledgeable in Firewall Configuration

• Knowledgeable in L2/L3 Switch Configuration

• Competent in Microsoft Windows environments and MS Office applications

• AutoCAD and Technical Writing

• With good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for automation and control systems.
• Handle system commissioning and smooth project implementation for customers.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and optimal system reliability.
• Support department business growth through the effective execution of service contracts and technical activities.
• Travel to customer sites as required for on-site installations, servicing, and support.

Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented with a professional, approachable attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated, quick learner, and eager to adopt new technologies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel and work at customer sites when required.
