Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Repair, test, troubleshoot, and diagnose faulty PCBs, electronic modules, controllers, drivers, and motors.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting, soldering, rework, and replacement of electronic components.
• Read and understand electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and PCB layouts.
• Conduct functional testing and verification of repaired electronic equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and servicing semiconductor and industrial equipment.
• Carry out onsite troubleshooting, installation, servicing, and technical support at customers' sites when required.
• Identify the root cause of technical issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Prepare basic service reports and document repair and troubleshooting results.
• Work closely with team members and customers to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Perform other technical duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, servicing, or a related field.
• Good understanding of basic electronics and electrical circuits.
• Experience in PCB repair, soldering, component replacement, and electronic troubleshooting.
• Able to read and understand basic electrical schematics and circuit diagrams.
• Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel to customers' sites when required.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning.
