What they need
Responsibilities:
After Sales Service.
✓
Provide the service for breakdown, preventive maintenance at the customer site.
✓
Taking regular feedback regarding performance of the machine and maintaining cordial relationship with existing customers.
✓
Should be able to travel across locations depending on the requirements of the customer.
✓
Should have a vehicle for local travel.
Technical Expertise:
✓
Should possess sound knowledge of refrigeration products including Ice Machines, Water Chillers, Condensers, Compressors, etc.
✓
Should be good at copper & silver brazing.
Customer Service and Support:
✓
Will act as a primary point of contact for customers. Should collaborate with the technical support team to address any service-related concerns.
Documentation and Reporting:
✓
Prepare service report on the completion of the job.
✓
Taking customer feedback & submitting other documents, as & when desired.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
