Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and systems. The role involves providing on-site technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, or technical problems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to customer service calls and provide timely technical assistance.
• Identify faulty components and carry out repairs or replacements.
• Conduct equipment testing and performance checks.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and job completion reports.
• Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
• Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and technical support teams when required.
• Maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable technical standards.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
• Support installation, commissioning, and product demonstrations when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
• 1–5 years of relevant service/maintenance experience preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Valid driving licence may be required depending on the role.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
