Service Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join the team and support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of industrial machinery, with a focus on food processing and packaging equipment.

You will start as an Assistant Service Engineer and as you gain experience and are able to handle projects independently, you’ll progress into a Service Engineer. This is a hands-on engineering role involving both office and field work, with opportunities to travel within Malaysia and overseas and develop your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission industrial machinery at client sites.
• Perform maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Train client plant operators on the proper operation of machinery.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients.
• Prepare service and visit reports after each assignment.
• Travel within Malaysia and overseas according to project requirement

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an advantage as the role involves supporting clients from China and Taiwan.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
