Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Camera Installation: Install CCTV cameras and configure network settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Site Visits: Conduct routine visits to verify camera functionality and resolve operational issues.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix technical problems at installation sites, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Site Surveys: Perform site surveys to assess installation requirements and prepare detailed reports.
• Client Presentations: Present solutions and project updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Office & Field Work: Support miscellaneous office tasks and travel to sites as required for project execution.
• Reporting: Submit timely and accurate reports to the Regional Head, documenting scanning progress, site details, and operational challenges.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional, respectful, and positive relationships with clients during field visits, representing the company with competence and courtesy.
