Job Responsibilities

• To support on-site investigation.
• Data compilation and analysis.
• To collect VHC data for report.
• Assist technical support service engineer on report preparation.
• To assist service operation on report preparation.
• Follow up/ Monitor/ Coordinate critical case.
• Any ad-hoc assigned by superior

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Electrical & Electronic (E&E), Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
• Responsible, trustworthy and committed to work ethics.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dynamic, mature and positive attitude.
• Good self-management and flexibility.
