We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Service Engineer to join our team in Islamabad.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and on-the-job learning will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and service scientific and analytical equipment.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and provide effective technical solutions.
• Visit customer sites for equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and demonstrations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues before failures occur.
• Conduct equipment performance, quality, and safety checks.
• Communicate professionally with customers, engineers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and other relevant documentation.
• Demonstrate the safe and effective operation of equipment to customers.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and technical service.

Requirements

• B.E./B.S./B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering / Electronics Technology or DAE Electronics (as applicable).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electronics, electrical systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostic techniques.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer/MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a technical team.
• Prior experience with scientific, analytical, laboratory, testing, instrumentation, biomedical, automation, or industrial equipment will be an advantage.

Preferred Location

Candidates residing in Islamabad or Rawalpindi will be preferred.
