Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and boiler operation.
Conduct on-site technical assessments, equipment testing, and necessary repairs.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential technical issues.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Provide technical support and recommendations to clients regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies during field operations.
Coordinate with the Technical Operations team regarding service schedules, site concerns, and project requirements.
Travel to client sites as required to perform technical service activities.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and service materials in good working condition.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
