Your activities

• Customer Service / complaint handling- Preparation and communication of service estimation to customer, coordination with production, sales for service/complaint, conducting CFT meet for customer complaint,
• Preparing NCR for non-conformance of return instruments
• Coordinating with respective departments for corrective actions closure.
• Updating of customer complaint tracker

Your profile

• B.E Mechanical/Instrumentation with minimum 6 years of experience
• Internal auditor for ISO 9001,14001 & 50001
• Lean and CAPA tools
