Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

To schedule service technician to site upon receipt of customer complaint To co-ordinate with site service team and generate suitable site report/commissioning report To prepare and maintain suitable records in excel file of all site service visits carried out To analyse and prepare complete CAPA report after completion of site visit. Record to be maintained. To acknowledge after sales inquiries (spares, repair, replacement, service) and submit suitable quote to customer To followup on all quotes submitted against after sales business inquiries To identify and generate leads for after sales business, month on month basis To generate firm orders against after sales business inquiries month on month basis. To analyse and hold meeting with QC, Production, Purchase & Design Teams to reduce under warranty cases To acknowledge receipt of customer property at Factory, co-ordinate with QC/Prd Team and submit suitable estimate to customer To monitor progress of repairs of customer property at our Factory, submit regular status to customer and expedite the completion of repair. To maintain complete records of all cases of repairs/servicing at our Factory To identify and conduct presentation online/offline to existing/old customers, every month. To identify and collect satisfactory performance reports from existing / old customers, every month To co-ordinate with Accounts/Support/CRM teams to ensure timely receipt of customer payments. To conduct sessions/discussion with service technicians on monthly basis To submit daily report by email. It should have short details on customers contacted with contact person details, service calls update, workshop repair cases, payment follow up etc. To submit monthly report by email by 1/2 of every month and schedule face to face meeting with reporting manager. To co-ordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of Orders, Co-ordinate with customers visiting our Factory, preparation and submission of ISO documents/audits. To attend trade shows/ online seminars / webinars as and when required
