service engineer

· Travel to customer sites to perform site assessment as well as install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot machines and engineering systems.

· Secure customer acceptance of installation and repair sign-off.

Stock/Inventory planning of spares for timely service and spares supply to customers.

Maintain machine wise service histories, breakdown records and preventive maintenance schedules.

· Organize and prioritize visit schedule in accordance with customer requirements to determine needs for immediate attention, onsite visits, and remote assistance.

· Submission of quotes, f/up and closing spares order with customers.

· Maintain field service reports.

· When not traveling, the Field Service Engineer will perform proactive sales and service tasks including, but not limited to, troubleshoot customer issues via telephone, email and online meetings, prepare spare parts quotes, order entry, and customer follow-up.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
