Service Engineer

• Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers at their sites.
• Carry out installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of equipment.
• Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues within the agreed timeline.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical faults.
• Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes to prevent recurring issues.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding service requests and equipment performance.
• Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance checklists, and customer visit reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, technical, and spare parts teams to ensure timely service support.
• Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate for replacement or repair.
• Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response, professional communication, and quality service.
• Support warranty-related service activities and maintain proper service documentation.

Travel to customer locations for service visits as per business requirements

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
