Service Engineer

Work Location: Tangier, Morocco (On-site working; occasional travel to Casablanca, Marrakech, etc.)

About the Company

Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. is a leading Chinese commercial vehicle enterprise. We are recruiting a full-time Service Engineer for our Morocco operations. This role will be based in Tangier, responsible for interpretation, customer communication, business coordination and after-sales service support.

Responsibilities

Provide daily Chinese-French and Chinese-Arabic translation/interpretation, mainly oral interpretation and routine communication.

Accompany customers during visits, participate in business communication and on-site coordination.

Assist in maintaining and developing customer relationships, coordinate and handle after-sales service issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

Fluent in Chinese, capable of Chinese-French and Chinese-Arabic interpretation and daily communication; fluent in French and Arabic.

Experience in commercial vehicle/automotive after-sales service, translation, business coordination or customer relationship management is preferred.

Willing to be based in Tangier, Morocco, and accept occasional business trips to Casablanca, Marrakech, etc.

Strong communication and coordination skills, customer service awareness and teamwork spirit.
