Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales technical support, including equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Perform product inspections to identify defects, diagnose issues, and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
• Conduct systematic commissioning and testing of new equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide customers with technical guidance on the proper operation, maintenance, and care of equipment.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Prepare and submit accurate, detailed, and timely service reports after each service visit.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional and responsive technical support.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical service, field service, maintenance, or equipment support.
• Good command of English and Malay.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel to customer sites.
