Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of laboratory equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Calibration and validation of laboratory instruments.
• Providing after-sales technical support.
• Demonstrating equipment operation and training customers whenever required.
• Coordinating with internal teams and submitting service reports.
