Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair medical laboratory equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in equipment.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Maintain service reports and equipment maintenance records.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Work Location: In person
