Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
• Resolve customer issues related to mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, valves, and rotating equipment.
• Conduct inspections, failure analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and technical concerns.
• Carryout Installation & Application Support
• Perform Preventive Maintenance & Reliability Improvement as per customer needs
• Build strong relationships with maintenance teams, engineers, and plant personnel
• Prepare service, inspection, and technical reports.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
• Follow company and customer site safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Promote safe work practices during service activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years in service engineering, maintenance, or technical support within the Industrial equipment/machinery.
• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Technical Knowledge: Rotating equipment, mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, valves, and industrial maintenance.
• Preferred: Experience in sealing solutions, reliability engineering, or process industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
