Service Engineer

• Conduct on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment or machinery.
• Respond promptly to service requests and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Strives to effectively resolve client concerns and equipment-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare accurate service reports, including parts used, findings, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the internal service team for service schedule, parts availability and technical support.
• Prepares and submits accurate and detailed technical reports documenting service findings, repairs performed, parts used, and recommendations for preventive measures
• Educate clients on proper machine operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety protocols.
• Provide technical feedback to improve product reliability and service processes.
• Ensures all manpower and materials are utilized efficiently.
• Supervise mechanical maintenance in fabrication, installation, and repair tasks on machinery equipment, structure, and grounds conducted by the heavy equipment mechanics and operators.
• Supervise mechanics in repairs.
• Communicating Handle escalated customer concerns via phone and coordinates other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Assists Company technical personnel in any other manner agreeable to both parties.
• Maintain a safe working environment by upholding Company health, safety, and environmental.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Manager on a regular basis.
• Accept and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.

Qualification

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• An ability to work under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills
