Service Engineer (Electrical Components / Equipment / PC Software)

Job Scope

Automation system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

Setup electronics controllers, PC, and install software.

Perform onsitemachine buy-off as per agreed customer requirements

Analyzeequipment failures and identify root causes to effectively repair equipmentfailures.

Able to analyzeelectrical/electronic circuit, read machine logfiles to identify root cause forthe problem

Able to repairelectrical components, setup robot software, PC software.

Establish aseamless interface between customers and company.

Demonstrate highintegrity and work independently with minimal supervision.

Spearhead customer issues and coordinate with internal departments and customer stakeholders to resolve them efficiently. Escalate to management if necessary.

Respond to phone support and onsite support requests in accordance with SLA.

Prepare and present accurate, detailed service reports in a timely manner.

Requirement

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field

3 - 5 years of relevant experiences in automation systems setup or service support

Proficiency in electrical components such as servo motors and robots

Proficiency in installing software, configuration and setting up PCs and machines
