Service Engineer (Electrical/Heating system)

• Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating systems and related equipment.
• To commissioning and test new equipment upon installation.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve service-related issues.
• Conduct on-site service, maintenance, and repair work at customer locations when required.
• Travel overseas for on-site service assignments and provide technical support to customers.
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback on technical issues & ensure that all service records are properly documented.
• Work closely with the technical & after sales team to ensure effective and timely service support.
• To conduct electrical and panel testing during internal and factory acceptance test.
• To undertake any task pertaining to testing & technical support as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years related experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, heating equipment, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas for service assignments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
