Service Engineer (Entry Level)

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from sales representatives and customers regarding product capabilities, specifications, and applications.
• Troubleshoot customer issues via phone, email, and on-site.
• Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site support including system setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning.
• Conduct post-sales application training for customers.
• Prepare and update training manuals and technical documentation.
• Assist Sales with on-site product presentations when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve department efficiency and support improvement projects.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering, preferably Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to explain technical information in a simple and clear manner.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with logic control and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP, etc.
• Familiar with HMI programming.
